Hi, I’m David Vitry Ferreira, but you can call me Kinkybanana. I’m a cinemagician, video director and creative alchemist based in Marseille, though my spirit travels far beyond. At the heart of it all, my work is a love letter to the LGBTIQ+ community: inclusive, sex-positive, and always a celebration of diversity in sacred unity.

My creative altar gather Kenneth Anger’s unapologic fire, Isaac Julien’s poetic incantations, Claire Denis' chalice of sensuality , Ken Russell’s devilish grass, and Andrew Thomas Huang’s mystical incense . 

I'm creating videos as rituals, hypnotic séances, where visceral cuts and textured images summon something of deep resonance.VHS ghosts entwine with AI entities, bodies become sacred vessels, and moving images turn into spells—sensory, intimate, and divine.

Growing up in Geneva with Portuguese and Réunionese roots, I soaked up the cultural chaos of 90s and Y2K tv, music, and fashion. After few seasons in Paris (where I married, learn dance, music, and theatre, divorced, and became a stylist). I redefined myself in Berlin to found my true power in queer media as creative director at Boner Magazine. Then, I finally allowed my inner child desire to expand my visions on video.

My mission is to redefining the idea of sexuality as a powerfull tool of human connection.
